This website, chandlerjiujitsu.com, is operated by Ocotillo Jiu Jitsu LLC, which runs Gracie Barra Ocotillo Jiu Jitsu at 5505 S Lindsay Rd, Suite 103, Gilbert, AZ 85298. This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, phone number and email; the first names and ages of the people who’ll train; the class you picked; and anything optional you add, such as your ZIP code, how you heard about us, or a note or question.
How you found the site: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we keep the ad click ID and campaign tags so we know which ads bring in students.
Usage data: Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and similar information using cookies.

We don’t ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or health information on this website.

How we use it

To confirm and schedule your free class, answer your questions, and follow up about training.
To understand which pages and ads are useful, and to measure how many visits lead to bookings.
To send text messages only if you checked the text-message box (see below).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy:

Form delivery and our student management system, which store your request so our staff can contact you.
Google (Analytics and Ads). When you book, the Google tag may send a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number to Google Ads so we can measure which ads led to bookings. Google’s use of this data is described at policies.google.com.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box, Gracie Barra Ocotillo may text you about your booking and occasional class updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or membership. We text only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Arizona time.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site works without cookies; we just can’t measure visits.

Children

Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian. We ask only for a child’s first name and age, to place them in the right class. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records while they’re useful for scheduling and following up, and for students, for as long as they train with us and as required for our records. Ask us to delete your information at any time.
